New CourseSeminar 57-304: "Islam, Chams, die indochinesische Halbinsel und die malaiische Welt"

The seminar for the specialization areas of Austronesian and Vietnamese Studies aims at introducing students to the region with the world’s largest Muslim population by on the one hand providing them with in-depth historical knowledge on the way Islam was adopted in Southeast Asia, and on the other hand by delivering current knowledge on how Islam is lived among different societies there today.
The seminar will be held in English and is open to advanced BA and MA students.
Registration for the seminar is possible from April 13, 2023.
