Southeast Asian Studies at "Unitag 2026"

The Department for Languages and Cultures of Southeast Asia will participate with several events at "Unitag 2026" ("University Day 2026")
The information stand of the Department for Languages and Cultures of Southeast Asia will be open from 09:00 till 14:00 o'clock and will be located at the foyer of the WiWi building, Von-Melle-Park 5.
Our hybrid (in-site and online) talk "Warum ist Südostasien wichtig und spannend? Kultur, Politik und die Beziehungen zur Welt" will take place from 12:00 till 12:45 o'clock and will be held at ESA-Ost (Edmund-Siemers-Allee 1, Ostflügel / East Wing), room O-221, but will also be accessible via ZOOM for those who enlisted for this event via the registration form on the event website (scroll down to the form with the grey background color, enter your email-address in both text boxes, mark the "ja" bullet at "Belegkopie" and accept our use of your data for this specific purpose by activating the "Datenschutz" checkbox, so we are allowed to send you the ZOOM access data).
Three different workshops will be held from 13:00 till 14:45 o'clock at ESA-Ost (Edmund-Siemers-Allee 1, Ostflügel / East Wing):
- room O-120: "Thailand"
- room O-122: "Indonesia/Malaysia/Philippines"
- room O-232: "Vietnam"
