For correct pronunciation, you will learn the tone rules and word formation rules in Thai. Subsequently, grammar lessons will cover the formation of declarative sentences, negative sentences, interrogative sentences, and tense formation. In dialogues, forming simple sentences in everyday language is practiced. Finally, text comprehension of simple stories is practiced, and basic themes of Thai culture are introduced.
Learning Objective: Students will learn the basics of the Thai language. They will be able to form simple sentences in writing. Additionally, students will understand simple texts and be able to communicate in simple situations. The students learn the language in the class not only through textbooks, but also through various games, short movies, YouTube, quizzes, etc. Short cultural excursions are also organized, such as the visit to Thai Buddhist temples in Hamburg.
